Physical exercise and nutrition affect the level of intelligence of not only children, but it works for all age categories. So it is necessary to focus on it.

SPEAK LESS AND LISTEN MORE

Some people have the habit of speaking all day and not listening to what others have to say. This will never help you be the smartest person in the room. You need to listen to what others have to say around you and take in what is around you. This will give you information as well as the insight that is required to relate to the content.

For example, if you can understand the variations that a person is using in his tone of voice while speaking, then it would be very easy for knowing the meaning which that person actually wants to say. You can find the thing which is not even said by the other person.

If you listen more than you speak then that would always help you to know about different ideas and things that other people have in their mind.

“Never think you are the smartest person in the room unless you are the smartest person in the room.”

This was just the part 1 for becoming the smartest person in the room. The next part of this would be updated soon. Till then, keep reading and working on this.
